Thinking about a bequest for the Kerry Blue Terrrier Foundation? Here are some simple first steps. For bequests that do not restrict the Foundation as to use of the funds, you may use the following wording in your will:
"I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation (a charitable institution incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, EIN #43-1951651, P. O. Box 1495 Solvang, CA 93464), [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
For more specific or restricted designations such as endowments, equipoment,
buildings, or memorials, we appreciate being consulted in order to coordinate
your objectives with the appropriate needs and procedures of the Foundation.
