Dear Kerry Blue Terrier Fans,

Recently our economy has been struggling and many animal services have been negatively impacted. The Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation is also feeling the strain with donations down 12% year to date. Of course, the number of animals in need has not decreased.

Wouldn't it be great if the Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation received $1,000 this holiday season, on your behalf, without any cost to you?

Whenever anyone needs to buy or sell real estate they should find a highly skilled full time professional agent. But that is not always easy to do. That’s where I come in. I am a busy agent and real estate investor myself. I have been in the industry for years and have personally bought and sold over 100 homes with my own money. I have also been a loan officer so I have experience on the lending end of the business as well. As a result, I have a lot of experience with real estate agents, both as a customer and as a professional insider.

As everyone knows, real estate transactions are often the largest financial decisions that most families ever make. Too often these transactions are handled by agents who do not have the knowledge and skills to provide the best advice and service to their clients.

However, that is an easy problem to solve. There are plenty of skilled agents in each local who provide a high standard of ethical and professional service to their clients.

I can help you or your friends or family find a skilled professional agent that you will be delighted with and at the same time help the Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation. I will be an advocate for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate by helping them to find a highly qualified real estate agent that is a good fit for their needs in their local area. I have the professional affiliations to do this effectively anywhere in the United States. By doing so, the industry standard provides me with a referral fee for that service that is paid for out of the agent’s commission. This service will cost nothing to the buyer or seller. Then I will donate half of the referral fee directly to the Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation.

This is my boy Leo and my 12 year old daughter Hadley. The photo was taken in 2008 in one of Leo favorite parks and it shows him in full stride loving life and looking for squirrels! Leo is saying “KEEP UP KID”. I hope to help other Kerries drag other 12, 30, 50 or 70 year olds thru the park looking for squirrels. I feel the happiness coming up the lead just looking at this photo.
