Litter Listings
Breeders of all litters listed on the KBT Foundation website must follow our Litter Policy.
The Foundation will not actively check the breeding activities of a breeder. However, when a complaint is received or when we suspect an ethics violation, the following procedures will be followed.
The Foundation will gather information about the complaint and present this information to the breeder. The breeder is given two weeks to respond in writing. The more documentation (puppy application, contract, e-mails, etc.) you can provide the better for your case.
Both the complaint and the breeder's response are presented to the Board of the KBT Foundation. The decision of the Board is final.
Penalties are listed in our Code of Ethics.
Free Services
To promote the breed and to bring the Kerry Blue Terrier community together, the Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation is offering free services.
