My friend gave me a little gift in for helping her out with her Standard
Schnauzer (grooming and ear setting). Its a Kerry Blue Terrier weathervane.
I installed it out by my strawberry patch. It sure looks nice! And good
Kerry stuff is so hard to find. My friend had ordered a schnauzer weathervane
and I had asked her if they made Kerries. Of course they did not. My friend
observed that the artist did make Airedales and Wheatens, so she emailed
the artist and assisted him in making a Kerry weathervane. Here's the website

however, I recently was watching on a news channel about a woman who creates
sculptures out of clay. She will design any breed and loves a challenge.

I stumbled on a Kerry item that I thought many of you would be interested in knowing about it.
A shop called Scotch on the Rockies in Vail, CO carries a line of painted ceramic house number plates from the British House Sign Company, and you can get them with a Kerry image! I saw a photo of one, and it was a pretty nice likeness.
