Public education about the breed is one of the major functions of the Foundation. The most fun educational events for Kerry owners to participate in are events in your local area. These take the form of "Irish Festivals", "Parade of Dogs", "St. Patrick Day Parade", Humane Society events, or simply "Fun in the Park". Many of these community events welcome dog rescue organizations.

The Foundation sometimes organizes event for our volunteers to get together and socialize.

The Foundation has banners and handouts to help you participate in local events. Please contact John Van den Bergh <johnv@kerryblues.info> for more information. It is up to you to organize locally.
